Griffin Family Nature Preserve
Meeting Minutes from October 16, 2008
Present at the Meeting:
Bob Griffin, Stiney Vonderhaar, Jim Bothe, Pat Casey, and Jim Owens
Topics Discussed:
· Motion made to accept meeting minutes form Sept 18th as printed.
· It was noted that there has been good publicity for the upcoming Volunteer Day scheduled for this Saturday.
· Wayne Mosley volunteered equipment from Central Tool Rental if needed.
· Bob talked with Dick Glaser to provide replacement Paw Paw tree for planting next spring.
· Reviewed equipment and supplies needed for Saturday with Jim Bothe. Jim Owens and Stiney Vonderhaar to meet at Service Department around 8am to help get equipment and supplies up to Griffin Preserve.
· A few historical pictures presented to be added to signboard.
Action Items:
· Accomplish a good Volunteer Work Day this coming Saturday 9am-noon.
· Catherine and Bob to provide history outline for signboard posting.
